Head Housekeeper Job Description. Head Housekeepers supervise a team of domestic professionals. They schedule the staff, monitor performance of employees when necessary.
The successful candidate for a head housekeeper role must be comfortable delegating and enforcing responsibilities.
They should also have extensive knowledge of all types of cleaning methods and equipment. You will be required to work around chemicals, and they must provide excellent client service.
Head housekeepers will normally be responsible for the selection and recruitment of domestics such as Chamber Maids, Housekeepers and Laundry Staff.
