                           What should I expect from a recruitment agency?

Agencies take pride in making sure that the job seekers they deal with are well informed regarding any current vacancies either Temporary or Permanent and on how any applications are progressing.

Normally when you first contact the agency or when they contact you it will be to arrange for you to attend an interview with a consultant.

This interview is to discuss your skills and for the consultant to assess and match to any current positions the agency has. After this the consultant will then work on your behalf, speaking directly to hiring companies about you and putting your CV forward to relevant companies.

The consultant will then arrange an interview between you and the hiring company directly. After this feedback and start dates if successful will be relayed via the consultant to you.
