Franchise Information
We will refund your initial franchise fee if we cannot get you up and running within
6 months subject to the following conditions:
1, Your initial franchise fees have been paid in full
2, There is no outstanding debts to the franchisor
3, You have not deviated from the franchisors formula
4, You have done all that can be reasonably expected of you to make the business work
We will deduct from the refund the cost of the following:
1, Equipment we have bought for your office
2, Expenses incurred in setting your franchise up
3, Insurances costs incurred
4, The franchisors time
5, Any motoring costs we have incurred
6, Any hotel costs we have incurred
6 months subject to the following conditions:
