Tower Employment Services have a range of experianced staff from a class 1 driver to a general labourer. We recruit through our network of offices for some large blue chip companies and local councils. Positions range from Temporary and Permanent as well as our well known Temp to Perm that we offer our clients.
Unlike some other agencies if our clients offer a temporary worker full time employment, we won't stand in the way. We will negotiate an extended period of hire. After this time you’re free to employ the candidate direct. Our philosophy is if we are fair with the client then you will not only come back but you will also tell your colleagues about the benefits of working with us. All we ask is that if you do find an exceptional worker that you would like to offer full time employment to is you just let us know.
