Tower Employment Services
The business was formed in February 1989 by Paul Stubbs and started by supplying mainly HGV, Commercial Vehicle Drivers and general blue collar workers to local transport, distribution and manufacturing companies.

In March 1997 the business became incorporated under West Coast Recruitment Limited. The company continued to grow. In 2003 its new office in Blackpool opened. The company then adopted the trading name of Tower Employment Services.

In August 2009 Peter Rawlings joined the company. Peter was the company’s business manager with its bankers and saw the potential the business had. He suggested franchising to allow the business to grow even further and in 2009 Tower Employment Services Limited was formed to allow for this expansion. Paul and Peter are joint directors with Peter having responsibility for sales operations and the general day to day running of the business. Paul is responsible for all financial aspects of the business.

Today the company has expanded into other areas of the recruitment and Jobs market and now supply a range of services including Industrial, Professional, Commercial, Hospitality and Skilled Tradesmen whilst still retaining and growing its core business of Transport and Logistics Staff The company also supplies staff on a Temporary or Permanent arrangement. Each department is assigned dedicated consultants with specialist knowledge in their field, so the client really can rely on the best service possible.

Stubbs Management Services
Stubbs Management Services was set up specifically to handle the day to day accounting and management of West Coast Recruitment and Tower Employment Services leaving Peter and the staff to move forward with the development of the employment agency business. The company quickly started to develop into a subsidiary and expanded into the Permanemt Recruitment jobs market.

Shortly after its formation sms jobsite was developed followed by the implementation of quality procedures and software development to benefit the whole group.

All companies have developed to an extent beyond expectations and are continuing to grow
